Once your order has been processed, you will receive email confirmation. The email will include a link to a form where you can provide the details of your wedding. It can sometimes take a few minutes to receive the email – please be patient. If you still haven’t received an email after a few minutes, please contact us.
Complete the Information Form
You can come back to it later, but please be sure to complete the form promptly – we can not design your suite without your details and are not accountable for delays caused by missing or incomplete forms.
Proofs
Once we have your payment and details from the form, we’ll get started. You should have your first proof by email within a few days. Review the proof. If everything is O.K., let us know and we’ll start printing. Otherwise, send corrections for any mistakes found and we will make a revision and send a second proof.
If a second proof was needed, check it carefully and let us know it’s ready for print. If not, send us your revisions and we will revise and send a final Proof for your approval. If you need another revision after that, there will be a £50 redesign fee.
Delivery Times
After we’ve finalised all your details, we make preparations and start printing. Your order will be ready and delivered within 6-8 weeks.
Rush Orders
If you’re in a rush, please let us know. We’ll do everything we can to expedite your order as quickly as possible.
